The Villa is within a gated community and very few neighbors, with a communal pool and closed, each property has its key to go when you want, the villa has its own garden closed with a small hole where you can put the car inside the property .
It is a very quiet villa has a porch next to the garden, a solarium terrace on the top floor, where there is a bedroom suite and another terrace, on the ground floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom full kitchen with laundry communicating with the garden and a lounge that communicates with the porch.
