"The unit that VRBO had me prepay for did not exist!! I was in another country with no where to stay. I tried to contact VRBO numerous times but this issue has still not been resolved. I haven’t gotten my money back and I havent heard from anyone directly. The fact that I am filling out a questionaire about a stay that did not happen is a prime example of the disconnect in communication."

"the casa linda property is very nice and well worth coming to . the villa we had was nice but was older (not a big deal) but needs alot of TLC pictures on the wall were falling apart one of the washrooms would not flush and my big peeve the pot and pans were all scratched and needed to be scrubbed before we were able to use them handle's loose , just replace them !!! "

"We vented the villa for Father’s Day weekend. We stayed 4 nights and 5 days. The villa was good and clean. The layout was good and very easy to navigate. The outside patio furniture need to be upgraded for items that are more comfortable for lounging in the sun. All the room Ac was bumping except for the main bedroom. They came to check it twice added coolant but it wasn’t as cold as the smaller rooms. The living room is great but you can’t chill in there. It’s to hot need more fans or central...

"Overall a good stay with a few small issues and one BIG issue: -Those exterior furniture cushions were discolored and had mold on some spots (definately NOT same color as in the photo) -pool needs resurfaced/painted -Daily interruptions when i was ASLEEP checking on my stay (not exactly a bad thing but when you're in the middle of sleeping YES) -Biggest thing VERY LATE CHECK-IN!!!
