The best!
The property owner was so lovely, and tended to every detail. Our stay was very lovely, in a perfect location, and we didn't have to worry about a single thing. There is an elevator, and despite me not speaking Italian, we managed to communicate very well. My friends who stayed in luxury accommodations 200 meters away wanted to trade with us. We were very happy with every aspect.
