The villa rental part is just a portion of the house but plenty of room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Kitchen good but if you want breakfast order in advance. "Lovely charming hotel - spotlessly clean and great staff. Lovely bar, (The HemingwayBar) great views over the Lake and an easy walk from the town centre. Fun pool with high diving board. The breakfast was oddly limited - almost no hot food - and this could be better. Overall it was great and we would happily return."
