"We are local and vacation on Lake Martin every summer, and this is one of our favorite places we’ve ever stayed. The house is cozy and has everything you need, the water access is perfect. We brought our kayak for our teenagers, swam, and fished (caught two blue gill). The grill and picnic area are nice. We had Canadian geese came and swam with us every day we were there. We will definitely stay here again."

"This property did not disappoint! No detail was spared in making this the perfect spot for comfort and relaxation. And the views! The property was designed and situated to take advantage of panoramic scenery. Our fisherman were especially appreciative of the private boat ramp and dock. There were 3 couples and we all commented that you couldn’t go wrong with any of the 3 bedrooms….all 3 were comfortable and had their own baths. We will definitely stay again if back in the area. Awesome trip!"

"The house was clean, stocked with everything you need but groceries! It worked great for our family of 12. We had some local family over too and had plenty of parking for 6-8 cars. Beds and bedding were very comfortable also! There are a couple things that are just a challenge for some! One full bath downstairs is hard, my 80 yr old mom slept upstairs and went to bed early so we had to wait for showers! But we never ran out of hot water, that’s a plus! "The home and property are beautiful. The sounds of the river and creek are so peaceful. There is a railway nearby and we enjoyed the sounds of the trains as well.
