"This apartment is a little Gem, the owners are very nice people and very helpful. We especially loved the sea view from the balcony and the very close location to a great little beach, we really enjoyed swimming and snorkelling here. The apartment was very comfortable and a great base to visit lots of lovely locations. We really loved it!"

The interior and exterior are clean and well appointed with new furniture and modern TVs The picture is very deceptive as the beach is a few miles from the property and the private beach club is the absolute worst one in Scalea. This is not a beachfront apartment like the listing states. This is fraudulent advertising and we will seek credit. The people are very rude and do not like to honor the vouchers from Kalispera. "Ivan the owner was wonderful The grounds were beautiful The pool was clean it was manicured landscape the groundsman were wonderful the night time watchman was wonderful we came so close to buying a penthouse apartment was getting ready to sign the papers and then I met the manager let's just say that's just not happening anymore I don't know what her problem was with Americans but no Ivan great The apartment fantastic The property manager not so nice"
