The apartment of around 70m² is on the third floor and has a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm), a bedroom with a bunk bed (80 x 190cm) and a single bed (80 x 190cm), a bathroom with a shower, and a living room. The living room includes a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and fridge with freezer compartment. The apartment has heating throughout. Wireless Internet access is available. The apartment was built in 2009. It has ceiling beams and big windows. The living room and the two bedrooms have wooden flooring.

The ground floor has a grocery shop. In Vercana you can find further shops, restaurants and bars, all within walking distance. The beach is about a five-minute drive or 15-minute walk away. You can enjoy various water sports here, or go on hikes and cycle tours. It is easy to get to tourist towns such as Como, Bellagio, Menaggio, Lugano and Sankt Moritz by bus or by boat. There is a luxurious golf course about 25km away in Menaggio. Valmasino and Bromio have thermal baths.

There are free public parking spaces about 20 metres from the apartment.
