The Pool area and areas for outside seating near the pool are perfect spots to spend time in the late afternoon as you head into the golden hour. The staff is all professional, friendly and helpful. Service to the room is excellent and the restaurant is also outstanding, Michelin quality food and service. The Spa, Workout facilities and everything else compares favorably to any Five star hotel we've stayed in, in Italy or otherwise. A short 10 minute walk to the heart of the Bellagio tourist region puts your right close to the action"

"View is perfect most of rooms have balcony looking over to Bellagio and Varena, restaurant has view looking onto lake with picturesque mountains. Restaurant staff were fantastic, very warm and friendly. Would recommend to all. Lastly, bus stops and easy access to ferry right outside hotel. Will be back!!"
