"Should you wish to stay in Colico Lake como you would not go wrong with staying here . As we entered the property we new straight away we would be safe and was not wrong over the stay . On check in the staff where simply amazing ,helpful wanting to make sure your stay starts well and you are comfortable on being shown the room was exceptionally clean and every thing you need for your stay ,coffee machine ,fridge ,ample place for storage bedding so soft and comfy. You then see the view out onto the lake with the harbour below and also a view of the pool. I can only say from a personal point of view this was such an amazing place to stay and it comes down to having a great place but most importantly staff that want to help you as a person not just another client passing through to get out the way and next one in. I would be very proud as an owner to have staff working for me and such a credit to the company . Thanks Darren Kingsnorth and Family"

"From the moment we arrived at Seven Park Hotel, we knew we had chosen somewhere special. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a fantastic location on the shores of Lake Como, comfortable rooms, excellent facilities and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its people. Every single member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome, always greeting us with a smile, taking the time to chat, and going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Whether it was the reception team helping with local recommendations, the restaurant and bar staff delivering outstanding service, the kitchen team producing delicious food every day, or the housekeeping and wellness staff keeping everything immaculate, everyone contributed to making our holiday unforgettable. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff, especially Rossana. Your kindness, professionalism and genuine warmth made us feel less like guests and more like family. It is rare to find a hotel where every member of the team consistently delivers such exceptional hospitality. Together, you have created an experience that we will remember for many years to come."

"Nous sommes très heureux d’avoir loué cette maison La maison est un havre de paix Le cadre est vraiment magnifique le parc incroyable, la piscine naturelle très agréable.Il y a aussi une plage privée avec un immense barbecue. L’équipement électroménager est de très grande qualité et la climatisation bien agréable Merci aux propriétaires qui font une confiance absolue aux locataires laissant tout le nécessaire à disposition"

"Staff were helpful and friendly, we used Google translate a lot. 10 minutes from Colico by Taxi (don't rely on the bus), where you can get the hydrofoil to other areas around Lake Como. Fantastic underground parking. The food in the restaurant was lovely and great service."

"We loved our four-night stay at B&B Al Carotin. Julio is super friendly and always at hand. The property has balconies overlooking the valley and mountains, and it was so relaxing just to sit out on the balcony, drink in the views, and let your shoulders drop. We took a day trip to Tirano and took the train up to Switzerland, which is the same line as the Bernina Express. We had a couple of very enjoyable days by the lake. We'd love to come back."
