"Nice place on Lake Maggiore. Easy steps to the lake. Enough parking for two cars up on the street and wonderful restaraunt a short walk away. Plenty of space for the four adults in our group."

"Just a great experience, the house in a state as if the family who lived here, is just on vacation. Everything is meticulously clean and everything works. Flowers and bushes in the garden were in bloom and everything looks nice and tidy. The house is in an area with many other family homes and it is quiet. People were very kind. Recommend!"

"Wonderful comfortable & very spacious house in a stunning location "

"The villa and its facilities far exceeded expectations, it is so much more beautiful in person and the setting is idyllic. The walk back up the hill from the small marina area is not too difficult but well worth it for the views of the lake and the waterside restaurants. "

"The location is beautiful, right by the lake and there is BBQ, garden, all cooking utensils etc! Probably need 2 more drinking mugs and we can’t find any ironing facilities! The shower room needs a shelf or cupboard to put things on but all in all, we are very happy and thank you for letting us stay! "

"The property is located on a major road that connects Switzerland to Italy. Border control is approximately 1km away. So most of the time is very busy but once inside the property not noticeable. Also benefits from a commuter train that travels into the very nice city of Lugano. The property from the front is disappointing, untidy and tired. "I thought the villa was spacious and secure with nice views. You will need a car if staying here. Services available with a 10-15 min drive. One thing which could be improved is providing supplies such as garbage bags, more than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, paper towels, and soap for kitchen sink and showers, as well as more towels. Laundry facilities are not present in the villa you must find a laundromat. Also provide salt and pepper, tea bags. Thanks "
