"We absolutely loved our stay in paratico in the beautiful villa!!! It has everything you need and more. The pictures dont do it justice. The hosts were unbelievably helpful, even organising dinner reservations and a cake for a birthday! The area is absolutely stunning with so much to do and see. "Excellent location with lovely views. We visited late September and could find sun in the garden, when it shone, anytime of the day. The villa is well equipped. The lift was a bonus getting suitcases upstairs. The pool is small but well maintained. Beds were comfortable. Rubbish removed regularly . We enjoyed the games room in the basement."

"This house, part of which was built in the 1500s, is more than a villa: it's a total experience. The entire estate is imbued with the feel of a grander era, from the statuary in the hedges, to the manicured lawns, to the high-ceilinged bedrooms, to the artful sconces in the upstairs hallway, to the illuminated statue at the bottom of the stairs, to the magnificent views. "very spacious house, beautiful baths and great garden. very nicely renovated. very clean and great and professional staff. secure area, heating worked great ( in september/october very often not the case in Italy). diffently recommend the house"

"We had an emergency with our son who was stranded in Italy for 2 days before we were to arrive. Manuella graciously arranged to allow our son to stay there for the two days before our arrival. Renato, her property manager was wonderful to deal with. A very nice home but not very close to the metro or trains but there is a bus I think. We did have to buy paper towels and toilet paper while there for 3 days. Highly recommend them."

"Beautiful villa nestled in a quiet edge of a small town. Comfortable with a large pool and great outdoor areas! Paola met us and took us through everything we needed to know and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Central for touring Lake Como, Milan, Valpolicella, or areas south. We did have a chef in for two nights dinners and that was awesome. I would recommend this nice villa!"

"Wir haben 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht. Aufgrund der fehlenden Hausnummer gab es zunächst Schwierigkeiten, das Haus zu finden. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und gut gepflegt. Leider war das Metallbett etwas wachelig und sehr laut. Die Klimaanlage ließ sich leider nicht regeln. Da es während unserem Besuch relativ kalt war, war es auch in der Wohnung ziemlich kühl."

"This is a fantistic house and the surroundings are beautiful. Convenient distance from Bergamo Milano airport and close to both vineyards and lake Iseo. I would recommend to rent bikes from Nicola at Franciacorta biketour. Rosella and Barbara were kind and very helpful. All in all, we had an amazing weekend that we will never forget."
