"Very quirky lovely old chateau, but that is where the fun stops. Check in almost impossible, you are made to feel very unwelcome, hard to get in past the big locked steel gates. Parking abysmal, in a muddy field outside locked property no good for low sportscars, damaged my front splitter trying to get off road, owner not interested one bit. Service terrible, food choice terrible, very dusty old and tired, would not stay again."

"What we liked most is that it was not some new, polished place. It was a simple room, clean and comfortable. They had a gravel parking lot. As I said, it was older and simple. It was well managed and maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful."
