The hotel was clean and tidy. However, it would be great if they could add an electric plug next to each bed. There were only two electric plugs in the entire room, and both were far from the bed, making it inconvenient to charge a phone.

moronic system.

Booked this hotel moments before we left the EuroTunnel at 1800. Was driving so didn't check my emails only to find out on arrival that we needed a specific Ibis check in code to use the check in machine on arrival. I found this information out at 2330 when we arrived. The kicker was this information came from an Ibis email they had sent me to say if I am arriving after 2100 I needed to call them to get the code... wouldn't it make sense if you are sending an email to send the code in the email and totally avoid needing a phone call? Tried to book a new room but they were booked so can't say what it's like inside.

We discovered the property shuts down during the day until 5 pm. This was a huge problem because I realized I'd left my purse in the room. When we went back, it was closed. I pushed the emergency contact button and a very rude person told me to come back at 5 and then hung up on me. Fortunately a cleaning lady found my purse and reported it through Orbitz (that I'd booked through) and left a phone number to get a hold of her. I was able to retrieve my purse and thanked her profusely.

J ai voulu prendre un petit déjeuner avec ma femme et ma fille mais ne l avait pas réservé J allais repartir l hôtesse m a rappelé pour me dire que c était possible Elle m a demandé pourquoi je ne l avais pas réservé en arrivant le soir Je lui ai répondu qu à mon arrivée 22h30 il n y avait personne Elle m a répondu que c était normal l accueil fermait à 21h Je suis parti il etait 7h30, j avais attendu 10 minutes que le service ouvre, je devais être le premier client Une chose est sure je ne remettrais plus les pieds dans cette chaîne d hôtel

At night there were several cars that went wrong in making some noise like it is in the Formula 1. Maybe it is so because the Ibis budget lies on the periphere of the town where they think nobody cares..

Un peu bruyant vers 5 heures du matin sur le parking « Sans doutes des ouvriers partant à leurs travailles » Le soir de notre arrivée vers 21heures nous sommes restés bloqué devant la portes de notre chambre (chambre No 229) après plusieurs tentatives nous avons appelés la gardienne qui aimablement a réussi avec difficultés à nous ouvrir voilà pourquoi nous ne sommes totalement satisfait de notre séjour.

Arrivée tardive, nous avions prévenu et la personne au téléphone a été très aimable. Et nous a transmis les codes. Arrivée sans encombre. 2chambres propres. Suffisamment grandes pour une nuit. Bémol : le lit enfant non fait. Et les Lampes de chevet qui ne fonctionnaient pas dans une chambre.
