Private: small garden 200 m2 (fenced) with lawn, courtyard, swimming pool angular (3 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, public parking on the road. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, café 2 km, bus stop 500 m, sandy beach 500 m. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
3-room semi-detached house 67 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV and digital TV. Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, pizza oven) with bar. Shower/WC. Upper floor: (exterior staircase), 1 double bedroom with shower/WC, TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the terrace. 2 terraces covered.
