"The room is spacious but has only two tiny bedside drawers 12" x 4" deep so we're pretty much living out of our cases. The safe is too small for a laptop. There's one fairly large closet bus has only a half-a-dozen hangers and two shelves in it. The bathroom has the same problem - spacious, but no shelf space or wall towel bar. The balcony has no lounge chairs even though it is large enough. One set of drawers, a lounge chair and a towel bar would make all the difference. The room is bright and airy."

"After all it was a nice stay. Though booked a single room, they upgraded me in a double room which I enjoyed and appreciated. Comfortable bed, aircondinioting was functioning properly, had a nice rest after long days with the sunny weather. Had a small balcony that partly from the one side was overlooking the beach and was on the quiet side of the street. Beach was a 2 mins walk which made it easy to go for a quick swim and come back. Only downside was the internet that was not strong enough and was cutting down occasionally. Maybe at the 3rd floor where I stayed wasn’t as strong , that’s something they will need to look after. Other than that, everything was fine."

"This hotel was great location by the train station and the beach. Definitely known for hosting conferences as we saw lots of conferences scheduled here. The breakfast is amazing!!! The hotel staff was hospitable - despite being understaffed sometimes! "

"Good Hotel, excellent breakfast, helpful and friendly staff, nice location and bus stop right outside (pity the buses were not reliable and the pickpockets on them well organised - but that's not the hotels fault)."

"The property was great a short stroll to the beach, shops and restaurants: very friendly staff, lovely breakfast and great room. The only negative was we did not stay longer. Parking is high at €28 a day but I am sure you could find an alternative nearby."

"Great location and great room with a view of the countryside. The hotel is in a great location with public parking very close if parking is available. The restaurant was also very good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. "

"The Hotel Rosa is perfectly located. Location is the main thing that I look for in a hotel, and the Rosa did not disappoint. It's a short walk to the shopping district, a short walk to the center of the old city and a short walk to the coolest things in San Marino - Monte Titano and it's 3 towers. You literally have your own private staircase behind the hotel that leads directly to the parh that runs on top of the mountain and past the 3 towers. The view from my room was also great. The hotel staff are kind and cool and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended. "
