"The hostel is okay. There are nice people and the rooms are fine and for a very good price. However, don't expect a lot of service. Towels aren't provided and toilet paper is only replaced when asked for. Bathrooms aren't very clean. They also initially put me in the wrong room and than asked me to change or pay extra. It seems like this is intentional as the same happened to another visitor.
Although Hotels.com states that breakfast and airport transfer are included, this is not the case."

"This was my second time staying at imagina hostel because I loved it so much the first time. It is an amazing place to stay and feel comfortable. There are many shops and restaurants at walking distance. It is super close to a metro and easily accessible public transport. It is a nice clean place with great people!"

" pre ço muito acessível, porém armarios pequenos, não fora do normal mas alguns com fechadura danificada. Banheiro de banho sem fechadura nas duas portas, sem pendurador de roupa, limpeza precária no quarto e no banheiro... Na minha experiência me incomodou um pouco a presença de pessoa doente a dias no ambiente.."

"A localização é excelente próxima estação de metrô Japão liberdade. Dessa forma facilita o deslocamento. Apesar de ser centro com muitos moradores de ruas tem muito policiamento. Sobre o hostel: as roupas de cama e lençóis estavam fedendo e aparentemente tinham sido usadas e não lavadas! Estavam com odor de sujo e Em baixo da cama tinha lixo. O café é simples. A Recepção e atendimento bom. "
