"My wife and I stayed here for her birthday. The Otter team went above and beyond to make it special. The hotel is really nicely designed, and everything is clean and fresh. Staff are very friendly and the hot rooftop pools are a really nice feature. Room was clean and had a great aesthetic and view of the mountains. It’s very walkable to downtown strip of Banff, at about 15 to 20 mins, great to burn off the good eating. Area is quiet next to the hotel and very accessible to get out and head to the various attractions like Lake Louise and Lake Minnewaka. Amazing experience, will definitely stay again."

"This was my third stay at Caribou Lodge, and yet again it was wonderful. From the moment I arrived, staff were helpful and friendly, helping with anything I needed or asked, which as a solo traveller is always reassuring. The room was clean and well maintained, bed and pillows comfortable - perfect after long days hiking and exploring the local area. The hot pool and sauna were also very welcome amenities after the hikes! Location wise, it's a 10 minute walk into the main downtown area, but it's an easy walk - or the Roam bus is just outside. "
