"Staff was so kind and thoughtful. Hotel and rooms were impeccable and cozy. The continental breakfast was well stocked the entire time, had a great variety, and the area was clean & food was properly taken care of (I’m a chef & this really impressed me). You can tell the staff cares about this place which makes for a great guest experience. Highly recommend. Also loved the mounted bathroom products vs the small bottles that inevitably wind up in the trash. 11/10!!"

"The rooms were generally clean. We did find leftovers in one of the mini fridges in one room. The window sills had bugs and dust, so those aren't being cleaned regularly. The curtains in one room were also stained. The hallway was also very hot compared to the rooms. One of our rooms had two queen beds. There were only two towels (and one washcloth) in the bathroom. When my husband went to ask about getting more towels the desk clerk said, "you want them now?" Um, yes! Two towels in a...
