I had a little hiccup checking in but host was easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to help facilitate the process. Once finally in, instantly felt at home. The smaller size made it cozy and created an intimate atmosphere, which was loved. The bed was incredibly comfortable and ensured a great night's sleep. "The place was nice but the address was listed in west Hollywood and was actually in Hollywood location."

"Our stay at property was perfect. This apartment is very clean and very comfortable and secure. This Hollywood area can ver very tricky but if you are looking for safe, clean, wonderfully comfortable and honestly a value this is the place to stay. It is walkable to all and a fantastic place to do food and entertainment. 5 min ride to the hollywood bowl and comedy and walk to theater. Could not have been better! Thanks "

"We enjoyed our stay and felt safe and secure. I highly recommend paying for the parking because parking is not easy to find. This location is perfect to get to everything you would want to do. Very spacious apartment with lots of closet space. I would rent again. The pool was nice to see everything and the laundry was quite easy to use. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. "

"Highly recommend if your going or wanting to stay near Universal Studios or near Hollywood. It was very close and convenient to everything. Unit was very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend it was cheaper than any hotel and it fit 6 of us very comfortable."

"We enjoyed this property a lot as a launching pad for our LA vacation. The property was clean and as pictured. It’s furnished minimally but works well for a group of 4. If you have more than that seating is an issue unless, like us, you have people who enjoy sitting on the ground. Would highly suggest paying for the parking garage. Management was easy to work with and helpful. We’d stay here again. "

"I am issuing a formal complaint against the above address. It was misrepresented as 2 Queen beds and a pool. 1 queen bed and no pool. I have enclosed all the texts from Hai and I. I would like to be refunded. I will be writing poor reviews so no other Canadian gets pulled into this misrepresented apartment. "

"Property mngr arrived 30 min. late PAST check-in time! Couldn’t access garage, forced 2 pay metered pkng while waiting, asks us not to mention using VRBO in lobby -it’s obviously against building policy. Lobby tells us the rooftop deck area, pool, BBQ, etc.., was closed/no access (the #1 reason we booked it. Was not disclosed in listing) HUGE bummer! 4:30pm un-friendly “guy” arrives in a wife-beater tank/not presentable w/zero apologies, says there’s only 1 park space not 2 as stated in listing....
