"This place had it all. I honestly was blown away with how beautiful, clean and tidy this place was. So many sweet touches. It was a little tricky to find…but that was my mistake as I didn’t open the pictures the host sent me. He promptly replied to my posts and called me as well. THANK YOU! We loved having a washing machine and full kitchen. There were 2 tv sets which helped! No air conditioning, but the evenings were cool so we just opened up the windows and it cooled right off. "The hotel is in a nice location, making it convenient for exploring the area. The breakfast was great, with a good selection and quality food. The staff at the reception were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. However, the building itself could use some improvements. There were visible maintenance issues, such as missing tiles around the elevator frame, which affected the overall appearance. Additionally, the lack of air conditioning made the room less comfortable, especially during warmer weather. Overall, the stay was pleasant thanks to the location, breakfast, and staff, but some updates to the facilities would significantly improve the guest experience."

"We stayed for 1 night and our stay was lovely. The hotel is located only a few steps away from the gondola which can take you to Skalnaté pleso or even Lomnický štít. The staff were extremely helpful. We arrived early and they managed to check us in straight away. The spa facilities were fantastic with lovely views. Food at the restaurant was delicious. The hotel is designed to a high standard with beautiful touches. We wished we could have stayed longer. We would highly recommend this hotel and hope we will stay again in future"

"This was a really nice place with spectacular view from the balcony. The only 2 pain points were parking in the garage was very tight and no AC in room . We were there in end of August and the room was very hot … difficult go fall asleep. The option to open window was there but a lot of mosquitoes and bugs"
