"We received a complimentary upgrade to comfort rooms with ‘renovated bathrooms’. Our shower had a bad drainage and water was overflowing and covering the entire bathroom and getting outside. We did visit Milan during an extreme heatwave, but the airco was far too loud and just barely enough to cool a room when you’re sitting (or lying) still. The rooms were too small. The breakfast was ok, again had just enough choice, but nothing we would come back to. The staff were very kind."

"​I had a pleasant stay at this well-maintained and clean hotel. The room is spacious, and the staff is very helpful. However, the location was a bit of a drawback for me. The nearest subway station is about a 15-minute walk away. While there are a few good restaurants nearby, the selection is limited unless you’re willing to walk another 10 minutes for more variety. There are no supermarkets in the immediate vicinity, though the hotel does sell water and snacks in the lobby."

"Excellent location and a clean, comfortable room with good soundproof glazing to the window overlooking the train station piazza. There was a good range of options for breakfast with great views over the city from the roof terrace."

"Struttura molto comoda e pulita. Personale della reception molto cortese e gentile. Ho usufruito anche del garage, servizio molto utile, soprattutto a Milano. Camera pulita e funzionale, peccato fosse vicina a dove facevano la colazione e quindi già dalla mattina presto i rumori erano fastidiosi, tanto da svegliarci."
