"Located just a few minutes up from the train station. They even met us there to escort us. The room was so clean—freshly mopped when we arrived, and they came each day to freshen up. We loved hearing the river running down below. The balcony was a lovely extra. Vernazza was the perfect central location for exploring Cinque Terre."

The apartment is perfectly located right on the square with stunning sea views, and the terrace is a real highlight—an incredible place to relax and take in the Gulf.What made the stay especially memorable was Marco’s kindness—he helped us with our luggage which was hugely appreciated given the many steep steps leading up to the apartment. He was very thoughtful and welcoming. Fruits, cereals, prosecco, etc! Great host!A highlight of our trip was a sailing excursion along the coast, where we were able to see all five villages from the sea—a wonderful alternative for anyone who prefers not to hike.We would happily return. Fabulous time!"

"The view was absolutely incredible. It is a great reward after the trek up the stairs. Having never been to Cinque Terre before we didn’t really understand the stairs situation…lots of stairs everywhere. If you have a lot of luggage this may not be the best fit. However, if you are good with stairs this place is amazing. The apartment was comfortable, but the real winner is sitting out on the terrace. Vernazza was easily my favorite of the five villages. Heading downstairs to the charming little restaurant on our ‘road’ and having the house specialty seafood risotto is a must. We had a little communication error about the city task, but Alessandro resolved it quickly. I would recommend paying in cash to avoid confusion. Overall, communication with Alessandro was excellent and timely. I would stay here again. We LOVED Cinque Terre and this was a great home base. "

"I know it was out of season for this beach side town but there was only a small space heater for this room and it was freezing. Also hot water heater was off when we tried to get a shower. Spoke to owner and he walked me through how to turn on. Should also note there are many stairs involved in getting to tiny apartment. Good for lite travelers, no heavy suitcase. Beautiful town. Very small apartment. "
