"Staff is very polite, appears only a "couple" runs and operates the hotel; however, they must be overwhelmed with such a large facility. "Very poor check-in. Not welcoming and at check out, bills on the desk in a stack. No one at the desk. The hallways smelled like sewage back up when we arrived but by the end of our 2 day stay, it wasn't as bad. Morning breakfast was questionable. Coffee out and coffee by enterance, for guests, was cold. "
