This apartment is located in San Cataldo on the Adriatic coast of Salento within the Campo Verde Village. It is just 12 kilometers from Lecce, 15 kilometers from Torre dell'Orso, and 30 kilometers from Otranto. The apartment is part of a residential complex consisting of apartment buildings nestled in a vast Mediterranean setting surrounded by Aleppo pines and eucalyptus trees. The apartments are spread across two independent, three-story buildings, both of which are accessible by elevator.

The apartments are housed in two separate, three-story buildings. The two-room apartment is on the lower level and is accessible by a flight of stairs. It includes a private outdoor patio with a table and chairs. Inside, there is a living area with a kitchenette equipped with an electric stove and refrigerator, a TV, air conditioning, a double sofa bed or an armchair bed, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower and an electric water heater.

The beach is located approximately 600 meters from the property and can be reached via a pleasant, shaded path winding through a pine forest. After crossing a small road at the end of the path, guests will arrive at the private beach area "La Piazzetta," which offers a wide sandy beach, beach volleyball courts, as well as indoor and outdoor showers. The Club Card includes beach service, providing each unit with one umbrella and two sun loungers starting from the second row.

Guests can enjoy on-site amenities including a reception, a breakfast room, a beachfront restaurant, a pizzeria, and a beach bar. Free, unguarded private parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Free Wi-Fi is available in the communal areas. The resort also features a sports center with two semi-Olympic swimming pools, a children’s pool, two tennis courts, a soccer field, a playground, and an open-air theater.

The Residence holiday complex is nestled within an eight-hectare pine forest, which is part of the Cesine Nature Reserve — a WWF-protected area. Immersed in lush Mediterranean vegetation and surrounded by fragrant Aleppo pines and eucalyptus trees, the village offers a peaceful, natural environment. Thanks to its proximity to the sea, generous open spaces for recreation, and the vibrant natural surroundings, it is an ideal destination for families and young travelers alike.

The complex includes a variety of apartment types, a large, well-equipped sports center, and a private beach. The breakfast room is located in the main building, and the restaurant is situated directly on the beach. With an air-conditioned indoor dining room and a covered terrace with sea views, the restaurant offers table and buffet service, allowing guests to enjoy traditional land and sea cuisine from the Salento region. The entertainment team organizes activities for adults.
