It had been raining the day and we arrived in the early evening. The owner cleaned the pool and opened it up just for us. My kids really enjoyed this hotel.

Great spot but not good for customer service, there was rarely anyone at the desk and I didn’t get an answer when I called the number on the note they had on the locked door that said “call if needed” but, great location and great room!!

The property itself is older and starting to show signs of being kinda run down looking. You are also right in the middle of downtown, so not the safest feeling neighborhood. We did not get the chance to check out the pool, but they said they had one. The bed was comfortable and the was plety of space in the room. The air-conditioning worked great. The staff was friendly, but needed to be reminded twice that we asked for extra pillows and towels, took a few hours before we got them. Overall not too bad for the cost.

This place is a gem if you are looking for cheap

This place has the worse customer reviews. But overall I don't mind the place. It is a bit dirty and grungy. But very functional. I have a full size kitchen with toaster and coffee maker and a legitimate oven with cooktop. Full size fridge. The pool out back is kept clean and looks fairly nice. There are BBQs onsite as well. Overall good place for the money spent.

I loved the area, it's convenient. The creek is beautiful with the sound through the window. The property has so much potential! The staff was so friendly, especially the young man at the front. It is definitely run down, and could use some updates. But the beds were comfy, it was warm and cozy! It was quiet and I had a great sleep!

The owners are awesome and are working hard to better the motel. It is clean and close to everything. This was my second time staying here and I will return. The customer service was great but the customer experience was even better! I was remembered from 2 1/2 months ago and given an upgrade! That makes me want to return!!!

The deluxe room is very spacious but so run down with a broken closet door, 2 knobs missing, precarious ceiling fan with a bare bulb. The light flicked in and off in the double bed room and some broken blinds. It was so run down but actually completely clean. The pool was dirty and some guests decided to get to the equipment and cleaned it but also put chemicals in and openly said that the test called corn10 and she put 15. The area is very loud. We did enjoy the walk downtown. And it was actually really clean.

The property was rundown, it’s an older property that has been minimally maintained. The manager said he would be back at 9 am for check out and we left at 9:30 and he still had. It showed up. There was a homeless encampment across the street, which made the stay a bit uneasy. The room was clean considering the age of the building. This place could definitely use some upkeep .

The pool was amazing. It was nice to have a full kitchen. There are two grocery stores across the street. Lots of dining options. I had stayed here 2 years ago and it has improved a lot .

Our family of 6 was able to fit in 1 room together without being crowded. The pool was decent and easily accessible, the lounging area around the pool was pretty decent size and had bbq's for use. This was out first stay here and we will be back again.

Friendly service. Convenient location. Close to grocery store. Pet friendly. Nice having a kitchenette in the room. The room we stayed in was like a small one bedroom apartment. Queen size bed in separate bedroom with Queen size bed in main room. We are happy with our room. Swimming pool was nice and warm. Fresh clean bedding. Quiet area. Slept well. Overall our family was very satisfied I would rank this as a 3 Star Motel.

Our bathroom was missing a shower curtain, the coffee maker basket was moldy. I’m pretty sure that they only regularly wash the sheets and the toilet. The walls, bathroom sink, and floor were dirty. The bed was comfortable, though lacking in the usual level of pillows and blankets. It’s sad because this place could be a really good motel with some more daily care and a good scrub. At some point, they were clearly trying to make a nice comfortable place, but the maintenance just isn’t there. I saw a good relationship between some of the patrons and the owners. And one of the guys who worked there, noticed that our keys were still in the door and gave them to us… overall our experience with them was pretty good but the motel just needs a lot more love. It was $100 cheaper than everywhere else within a 50 km radius and I suppose we got what we paid for.
