La propriétaire des lieux n’était pas au courant de notre arrivée et n’avait plus de chambre ! Elle nous a assuré qu’elle ne travaillait pas avec vous !! "The stay was fine and pretty efficient and the staff was friendly. However, the check-up ( 0nly slightly after their reception closing time was difficult). Neither IBIS nor Expedia had sent me the alphabetical access code to the night entry check in system, so had to get someone on an almost inaudible intercom system to explain to me the entry protocols and provide with the code that had not been sent. I had called earlier in the day to alert the hotel that I was not arriving until 21.30! ...

"This property is in an excellent location near the pont d’arc and is only a 15 minute drive from Grotte de Chauvet 2. The owner and much of the staff speaks English. This did not matter to me as we always conversed in French. The service was impeccable. The owner went out of her way to find a vegan restaurant as her restaurant was closed that day. The only reason that I gave four stars for the amenities is that the heated swimming pool was closed due to unforeseen circumstances. ...
