Escape to this adorable open-space house in picturesque Vero Beach's Orchid Island, gated private community. Beautifully renovated, updated kitchen and bathrooms. This phenomenal property boasts 3 cozy bedrooms - one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with 2 full beds, 2 full bathrooms equipped with showers and hair dryers. Enjoy the welcoming quaint neighborhood. With amenities like AC/Heating, WiFi, washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, and more, guests will feel right at home. Large backyard with lush landscaping for a private and relaxing getaway. Sit by the pool, or the fire pit and enjoy reading a book or just relaxing with family.

When not enjoying the home, load up the beach cart with your favorite refreshments, umbrella, and beach chairs for a quick 5 minute walk through the neighborhood to your private beach access. Or take a 2 minute walk to your private access to the Indian River for some kayaking or sit at the neighborhood park and enjoy the sunset. Great restaurants on and off the island with a small town feel as you stroll main street for ice cream. Nearby shopping at privately owned boutiques and antique shops.
