Comfy Beach House on Vero Beach
Relax and unwind at our beautiful home located on stunning Vero Beach. Enjoy breathtaking sunrises from the comfort of the back yard, back porch or take your cup of coffee on a walk on your private beach. Across the street is a private 100' dock on the Intercoastal Waterway with more than enough room for boats, jet skis or if you prefer to fish from the dock. Marine life is plenty as dolphins and manatees are frequently seen passing nearby. The property has a privacy fence with a front gate for easy access from the main island road with private parking. A true beach getaway is at your fingertips as the remarkable views and tranquility of the beach house will certainly make you feel like you are on your own private island.
*** Please try to understand that the condition of the beach and intercoastal might not be in tip top condition from both Hurricane Ian and Nicole. It is hard to predict on a daily basis how the beach will look from erosion and tides at this point and from the battering of the storms.

Lovely little house. Very cozy and accommodating for a couple or family with young children. Nice views of both the ocean and the Indian River side. Great for dolphin and sea turtle watching. Other than our trash already being full when we arrived, it was a nice vacation and everything went smoothly while there. Landscaping is pretty scarce in the back, but they had some hurricane damage and that’s to be expected.

We had such a great time at this beach house. Location is amazing, beach is your backyard and you have view of both a sunrise and a sunset. House is cozy and just what you need after a day at the beach.

The house is cute. The beach is beautiful. Barely saw anyone on it so that made it peaceful. The river area across the street is great for fishing and watching the dolphins. Only issue is the road noise in the front. Tons of dump trucks driving fast (must be building somewhere). Had a nice stay!

We had such an amazing time at this home, everything you needed was there. I was able to wake up in the morning and either go to the beach in the backyard or to the dock in the front yard. We fished off the docs and we’re beach bums in the backyard. Restaurants are about 30 minutes away, not bad really to have the privacy you get with this home. We would love to stay again!

Great location for beach and swimming and kayaking in the Indian River Lagoon. Nice having decks on ocean and lagoon sides. Well supplied. Nearby parks for extended walks. Great communication and service with the owner. Will return.

The house is literally surrounded by much larger homes that are private residences. The beach was literally deserted the entire week we were there.
House has everything you need from beach chairs to a fully stocked kitchen. Previous travelers have left misc. items so you never know what might be available.
Our family of three had no problem with sleeping arrangements. The house will easily accommodate a family of 5-6.
Overall experience was excellent.

We loved this property! We love to fish so this property had all that with the indian river to the front and the ocean in the back of the house.the 100ft pier is awesome as we also seen dolphins and a couple manatees. Inside is modestly decorated ,open and is great for smaller kids as there was not a lot of clutter for them to get into.i liked the floor plan. The maintanence man( cant remember his name) was awesome and kept everything including the area around the pier swept up and maintained. Kuddos to him! Again, one of our top 5 vacations! And again this is very close to sabastian inlet and two very close bait shops!

Eric’s beach cabin is an incredible location to enjoy the beauty of the Sebastian Inlet area and has the best of both-direct access to the Atlantic Ocean and a personal dock in the Indian River Lagoon. It was hard to choose which area to enjoy! Dolphins and manatees in the river or crashing waves, sea treasures and sandy beach on the Atlantic, and the Sebastian Inlet State park is just a couple of miles north of the house!
The cabin is a vintage home with the charm of the old days. The laundry and entrance downstairs with deck and outdoor shower were ideal for keeping sand outside. The living area is open and roomy and very comfortable for a family to relax and enjoy their stay. Comfortable seating, necessities provided, Queen bed comfortable, many extras. Definitely would come back-great experience! And did I mention coconut trees? I felt like I was on Gilligan’s Island! Fun Fun!!!

I rented this property for 8 weeks, primarily because of the dock across the street from the house. When I arrived, I became aware that the dock access had been damaged in a storm, rendering the dock useless. I was told by the property manager that it would fixed asap. 7 weeks later, they started to work on it. So basically my entire trip was not as expected. The owner should have hired a different company. Given the state of the house, they no doubt were looking for the cheapest contractor going. More than half the windows did not open- hardly any windows had screens anyway, so I wouldn’t have opened them, as the bugs down there are unbelievable. Green mold on every window and shutter..very gross. I dealt with it because it was temporary…and I am pretty reasonable. I asked for some type of refund from the property manager, but he refused. I’m not in the habit of giving bad reviews, but in this case, I feel it is warranted. Fair is fair. Beware of this house

The facility was small but cozy. The beds where day beds, with one having a slide out mattress, very uncomfortable.
The listing noted the house having beach access and a fishing dock at the river to fish off of.
Hurricane Ian had storm surges that washed out the sand dunes. So during a high tide the water was all the way up to the (now a sand wall, not dunes) sand wall. The stairs where not installed, so access to the beach was not possible. The same thing held true at the dock. After 1 to two days the handyman associated With the property reinstalled the steps at the beach and the ramp at the dock.
Most of our family time was spent at the dock and not the beach because of the limited beach area that was accessible during a high and low tide.
We rented this beach house because, it was a beach house, but only spent one afternoon on the beach during a low tide. The beach was very dirty from all of the garbage pushed in from the storm surges.
We were disappointed and not informed about the beach access, we did make the best of it and tried to enjoy our stay.
My experiences through Vrbo have not been very great and probably would not book through this website again.

The location can't be beat. Sunrises and sunsets. Privacy, beach access, peace quiet and beauty all around. Easy drive to restaurants and activities. And a super communicative and accommodating host. 10/10 I recommend.

Awesome house right on the beach. Couldn’t be a better place for relaxing and easy beach access. Only wish I was able to stay longer. Eric was more than accommodating too and even sent his maintenance guy out to ensure the property was in good shape and beach access available a day after the hurricane! I’ll be staying here again soon for sure.
