Top quality new kitchen features quartz counter tops upgraded cabinets, stainless appliances, air conditioned and enclosed lanai in the living room and master bedroom. 58” flat screen smart tv in living room. Two bedrooms, plus office (or 3rd bedroom, queen), 2 full bathrooms. Outdoor heated Pool next to building overlooking the picturesque Harbor & Marina. Grand Harbor lifestyle at it’s best, Grand HarborTennis/Social/Beach Club membership included in the booking fees on your VRBO booking - Grand Harbor Club account and membership transfer fee ( $115/month) charged to your Grand Harbor club account. Grand Harbor is a gated, full time security and and exclusive community. Guests must abide by Grand Harbor and Harbor Village rules and regulations including completion of applications ($75 fee to Management Co.) and house rules including: no pets, no smokers. Great location in Grand Harbor with a lovely view

You can't beat the facilities of Grand Harbor. The beach club is fantastic with wonderful food and staff. The golf and racket sport areas are excellent. The condo is top floor with a lovely view of the marina. The condo itself was fine but unfortunately (no fault of the owner) we had some issues with the AC and water heater. These issues although annoying did not really spoil our stay. During our stay the neighboring condo was doing renovations and they started everyday at 07:00!Overall I would recommend the condo for the view and the facilities which are exceptional.

Harbor View Was Magical

The apartment was perfect - Lovely and spacious enough. It even better than the photos. The kitchen was well provisioned. We would be happy to stay here again.

Beautiful Condo With Harbor Views

We had a wonderful stay at this fabulous condo in Grand Harbor. It was so well equipped, I don't think there was anything we needed that wasn't already there. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. Grand Harbor's grounds and facilities are beautiful and it's a wonderful and friendly community.

Beautiful condo on harbor in a spectacular community

Awesome! Well appointed condo (you don’t need to bring anything but your clothes), gorgeous harbor/marina views with almost daily dolphin sightings, nice pool for building residents, and in the exceptionally maintained Grand Harbor community of Vero Beach with golf, tennis, bocce, beach club, main club house accessibility and more (depending on membership - separate fee/ask owner for info). With or without a membership there is plenty to enjoy in this area. Restaurants, Beaches, Parks, Trails, Riverside Theatre, Art Museum, public golf courses, etc. Owner is very responsive! Truly a piece of paradise!!

Perfect relaxing view of the harbor

The owner Stephen was exceptional at responding to my questions. Other than a quirky television that I struggled with the remotes, the unit gives you the feeling you are staying in their home. They had kitchen utensils and small appliances that I never expected to see in a rental. The deco for each room was fashionable and tasteful. If you want to enjoy their pool overlook in a the harbor you never have to worry about crowds. Always peaceful there. If you fish or wanted to try to fish, you can fish in the salt water harbor steps away from the unit. Harbor filled with games fish. Only a 10 minutes drive to downtown Vero and 3 minutes ride to pharmacies and Publix. Loved the unit
