Located just 5 min from Vero’s best beach, 8 min from beach side shopping and restaurants, and 5 min from downtown art district and restaurants. Property is private with fenced yard. I have been told I did a great job decorating. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. Ginger Lilly organic plant based body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The house is small, but accommodating. There were no shortages of cleaning supplies, toilet paper, or trash bags. Plenty of dishwater and does have a coffee maker. The not so fun stuff is the beds. Very hard, bedding felt like cars board or paper, which made the beds even more uncomfortable. There is a small opening at the bottom of the back door that doesn’t seal, so we had a couple lizards and unwanted insects running across the floor. The bathroom window screen is all torn open. Issue is the window is a 1970s crank slat window that doesn’t seal. Tons of dead bugs in window sill which happens to be in the shower. Shower fixture also needs replacing. Toilet seat is only connected by one bolt on one side, so very risky/dangerous.

The house is a cute older Florida home. It is comfortable and very close to everything. David is a great host & I highly recommend this property. We have two dogs & it worked out with a fenced back yard.

The Perfect Place with Fence!
Because we travel with our dogs, this was perfect for us!! The yard is private, the house was spotless, the amenities were awesome and the beds were comfortable. This is our second time staying and now our only go-to place while here visiting family.

Good for the price point
Overall quaint, the bed mattress was really good, extra linen. The only downfalls were the mote you needed to cross to enter the property, I had to walk on the neighbor's lawn to get out. The shower handle was extremely difficult to get to work and maintain temp, also the water pressure was lacking. Otherwise, very nice place to stay.

This is an older property that has been redone but it is really cute and functional. It has all that you need. The host is on his game and gets right back to you. You are close to restaurants, shopping, not far from the beach. I would easily return to this property.

Im originally from the Fort Pierce/Vero Beach area, my boyfriend two dogs and I drove to town from Dallas to stay here for my cousins wedding. David was VERY accommodating by allowing us to check in early after we drove 18hrs straight. The place is cute, clean and exactly as pictured. A typical florida surf/beach house. The area is quiet, location is close to shopping, food and is only about a 6 minute drive away from the beach, which is a huge bonus. I highly recommend this place and David! I would stay here again if we ever come back to visit.
