"This was a last-minute booking and fortunately we got the last room in the house. reasonably priced based on the very decent accommodations which included breakfast. The owner was very friendly and courteous both when we arrived and on departure. Stepping out on the balcony allowed us to see the ocean which was a welcome surprise and brought in a cool breeze into the room. "
