Únicos pontos positivos: localização excelente em relação a acesso aos principais pontos turísticos e cama confortável. Quarto de dificílimo acesso, chão sujo, toalhas sujas, temperatura absurdamente quente (não era possível regular o termostato e, abrindo as janelas, era impossível dormir com tanto barulho e janelas voltadas pra dentro do prédio - zero privacidade). A porta do quarto simplesmente não trancava - a trava estava quebrada, tentamos de várias formas, sem sucesso. Passamos a noite em claro numa mistura de receio pela porta não trancar, desconforto com a sujeira, calor insuportável dentro do quarto e barulho intenso se deixássemos as janelas abertas. Infelizmente, não recomendamos e, de longe, foi nossa pior experiência nessa viagem!

La nostra suite era bellissima ma attenzione al momento della prenotazione. La colazione, presso l’hotel mastino, è terribile. Non hanno nemmeno il caffè espresso e il latte fresco. Tutto viene erogato dalle macchinette con latte e caffè liofilizzato. Lo stesso vale per i succhi. La spa non è compresa nella stanza e costa 25 € a testa per ore selezionate. Il parcheggio è disponibile solo fino ad esaurimento posti per cui se non si prenota in anticipo si rischia di non riuscire a mettere la macchina come successo a noi.

The accomodation was extremely comfortable and pleasant to stay in. It was central to Arena Di Verona. The only very minor criticism is the bed edge was difficult to get in and out of bed with and there were a couple of shin kicks (haha). well-located and pleasant

I chose the hotel for location — between the Piazza Bra and the train station — and it worked optimally for that. You have to check in and out at the hotel across the street. The "hotel" itself is a cordoned-off collection of rooms in an office building. This was fine; it worked seamlessly. The rooms are a bit surreal in look, but very modern and comfortable. Would have gladly stayed here longer.

I think that they have a very good location however, the parking is not in the property. You have to use a city parking and you cannot go in and out. You have to check in in a different hotel and they don’t let you go in until after 2 PM, it is somewhat cumbersome And they don’t have any dark drapes in the curtains so you have a lot of light coming into the rooms and the TV doesn’t work.
