We had a lovely stay at this property. My friend and I stayed one night here and the location is perfect, and the room was very clean and nice. The host was gracious and so helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, it was truly the perfect place to stay in Verona.

Location is amazing, host was very accommodating. Bed was comfortable! Price was great! Breakfast was not as pictured. We just went out for breakfast instead. The place is surface clean, could use a deep clean though.

A quaint and very secure and well maintained historic home in the historic district of Verona located between the Arena and Juliet’s Balcony, and just around the corner from the Gucci store. The staff are extremely communicative and give very clear instructions on accessing what is otherwise a well hidden gem. Highly Recommend!

Very cozy place. We stayed in a room with private bathroom, but the bathroom is located in the hallway next to the shared bathroom and is very small. So there is really no need for the private bathroom. Also the share bath is much bigger and nicer. The atmosphere of the place is cozy like a home. There is everything, kitchen, washer and a little patio even.

Giovanni was responsive and helpful. The room was lovely and clean. Everything was clear and easy. One thing I would change is to clearly state that there is no breakfast with this room. I did not see this.

This was a nice location in the center of Verona. Very conveniently located to most of the main tourist attractions and plenty of places to eat. The area seemed pretty safe. Keep in mind that its a communal living area so there may be other people there with you, but you just share the kitchen and the bathroom. The people who were there at the same time as me were nice and we had no problems. My only comment is that the comforter on the bed we got seemed pretty old and could have done with a good wash or replacement. Other than that the bed was very comfortable and the room was very homey. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again next time I am in Verona!

This was a perfect location for a one night stop in Verona to see the Opera. The rooms are fabulously decorated. The communal area had everything you need for a short or long stay. The hosts were great and very helpful. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at art and coffee. I was in Verona for 2 days and this location was perfect. Super close to everything, you can walk everywhere! Shops, restaurants, major landmarks literally less than 5 min walk. The host was also very nice , very welcoming and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend ! Thank you !!

Where do I begin- it is not a B&B unless you call a packaged bread and cookies a breakfast. The location needs updating and the bedding had a musty smell.

Fantastic with great location

Adorable hotel. Decor makes me smile. Location literally couldn't be better. The host was friendly and offered us a second room for free since it was unoccupied. Shared bathroom was great - personal bathroom was very small. Only other negative was quality of the sheets was cheap. Otherwise a great place!

Cute and quaint.

A one night stay. Would gladly return if returning. Nice cute homey place. I probably did not pay attention so had not noticed I booked a shared bathroom and a do it yourself breakfast. It was completely fine, just unexpected... An instruction poster could have been useful. Excellent location.

Great comfortable central accommodation

Excellent, central location in the heart of the arena district. Ideal for events, restaurants, museums and shopping. This accommodation is quaint and comfortable, clean and friendly. It was over 30 degrees outside day and night during our visit which challenged the air conditioning system but the addition of a flooring fan kept our room comfortable. The location is still relatively quiet, dispite its central location. There is a communal kitchen area giving access to cooking facilities, plenty of coffee and tea making etc at all times. All rooms have nice high ceilings and are simply but comfortably furnished. There were shared and private bathroom facilities available.

Excelente ubicacion y habitacion amplia, baño compartido bastante viejo y no tan limpio , el desayuno no vale para nada la pena , el aire acondicionado te lo ponen en 25 grados y no puedes dormir con las ventanas abiertas ya que es un primer piso y se escucha el ruido de la calle

Im Zimmer gab es etliche tote und lebende Motten, die Handtücher waren dreckig. Mir wurde nicht einmal ein alternatives Zimmer angeboten, obwohl andere Zimmer im Internet als verfügbar angeboten wurden. Ich sollte das Zimmer so nehmen oder das Hotel verlassen.

Vérone est superbe . Art&Coffee est très central. Calme et oropre Très bonne literie Seul bémol : la salle de bain de la chambre 1 est extérieure à la chambre et n'a pas d'aération... mauvaise odeur. Il conviendrait de mettre une vmc plus forte
