Easy access to local buses to get into city centre and to / from rail station. Room 122 was noisy late night / early morning with what sounded lije furniture being dragged around downstairs

It was quite far away from central verona, approx 45 minute walk. Also longer walk to train station than anticipated, approx 20 minutes.

Relaxing stay.

The hotel as we knew is a distance from the city centre but we love to walk so didn’t mind. There’s a bus stop right in front,e-bikes all around and they can call a taxi for you as well. The hotel is clean and spacious with a little outdoor patio where you can buy a drink from the bar and sit if you’d like. The lobby has lots of sitting areas as well and the staff are kind and helpful. The room was very big with a king bed, desk and a large bathroom with all the toilet Erie’s you made need. They offer breakfast at 10 euros which we didn’t try. Two gorcery stores right T the corner and some restaurants lose by if you don’t want to always go into the centre.

The staff was very kind and helpful, the room very comfortable, the breakfast very good, but the WiFi speed was very slow with many interruptions, which I did not expect to happen at a 4 stars hotel

Good stay

Good sized room, comfy large bed, air con worked fine, a bit noisy from outside. The location is not great but its ok overall. 30 mins walk from the train station and town center. A supermarket next to it which is convenient. Receptionists could be more pleasant, they didnt seem too friendly, a bit cold actually. Breakfast was nice, with gluten free bread options. The only thing we didnt like is that the ham had a strange smell, it was probably not kept in proper conditions, it would be good if you could keep it in a cool place, not in open air, uncovered. Overall good stay.

I’m giving this place a bad review because of the dinning staff attitude. The place was okay in cleanliness and the rooms were standard hotel but if you’re Canadian or any other Nationality that’s isn’t Italian stay away. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable at a hotel till I stayed in Italy, this wasn't the first one. The staff at the dinning room stare at you and watched what you eat the whole time. Specially during breakfast. They are also rude and I would never come back.

Efter ønske opgraderet værelset for at få balkon Viste sig der ikke var møbler på balkonen...begrundelsen var at der ikke var plads ..den var ellers pæn stor,så der var rigelig plads. Meget stor skuffelse. Man har jo ikke balkon for bare at stå, men for at sidde ude.

Insgesamt eine gute Wahl für einen Stadtbesuch mit gutem Preis/Leistung Verhältnis und einigen guten, preisgünstigen Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Stadt ist in 20 min zu erreichen. Aber der Weg zur Stadt ist eher reizlos.

O hotel se qualifica como de 4 estrelas, mas não tem características desta classe. Estrutura precisando urgente de reforma. Algo que nos chamou muito a atenção foi um cartão colocado no banheiro dizendo que os amenities deveriam ser solicitados na recepção. Nem mesmo touca de banho tinha no quarto. A narrativa foi de sustentabilidade. Além de inadequado para um hotel que se declara de 4 estrelas, bastante constrangedor para o hospede. A academia fica no subsolo, sem janelas e sem ventilação ligada. Imagine fazer exercícios assim!
