Beautiful property, superbly located. Our room was modern and spacious. Staff were polite courteous and helpful. The breakfast provided made a great start to the day. Even provided Capacino to order. Couldn’t recommend property more highly.

My eyes watered as I entered the room, it stank of curry. The smell was overpowering, I couldn’t breathe. Immediately returned back to the reception and asked to another room. They said they were fully booked and couldn’t move me. I had no choice to to find an alternative hotel. I paid in advance and was refused a refund - lost £180.00.

Faultless stay at the Hotel Touring. The rooms were large and very clean. The location could not be more perfect right in the heart of Verona. Staff very friendly and the breakfast options vast. A must stay location if visiting Verona.

Hotel liegt mitten im Zentrum alles wunderbar fussläufig zu erreichen, Personal überwiegend nett. Leider hat eine Restaurantbuchung über die Rezeption nicht funktioniert, wurde anscheinend vergessen.Frühstück bietet reichhaltige Auswahl. Da das Parken vor dem Hotel nicht möglich ist wird der Autoschlüssel an der Rezeption abgegeben was ja eigentlich kein Problem darstellt. Leider mussten wir jedoch bei der Abreise fast 1 1/2 Stunden auf unser Auto warten, hatten 700 km vor uns, was den ganzen Aufenthalt eher negativ beeinflusst.

Fantastisk hotell. Bra beliggenhet, god plass på rommet (familierom) med store senger. Bra renhold og hyggelig personal. Eneste som trekker ned opplevelsen på hotellet var et løst toalettsete, men vi ga ikke beskjed om dette. Antar at rengjøringspersonalet burde reagere på dette.

Täydellinen valinta kaupunkilomalle Veronassa. Meillä oli ensin toinen hotelli varattuna, mutta onneksi vaihdoimme tähän. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Huone oli todella siisti ja tilava.
