Location was perfect for a concert at the arena. Apartment was very comfortable, clean and convenient. Would definitely recommend this for a stay in Verona.

Good sized modern space. One issue is it’s on the 4th floor and the elevator is old. The door got stuck open and we were unable to use it. Tough with bags and kids in tow.

My wife and I had a great stay at Capuleti apartments. Iulia and Isabella were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and there is daily cleaning. The location is excellent. A window shade makes the room very dark. The bed was very comfortable (despite what another reviewer wrote). The rooms are in the 3rd floor and there is a small elevator. The WiFi in our room was weak but better if one went to the common room. Overall a great deal at a wonderful location. Would highly recommend.

Great location, easy walk to the arena and the main historic district. Easy access to the train and busses. The staff are helpful but not around much of the time. Communication through WhatsApp was efficient. The room was very comfortable and clean. This was a quality stay.

Location is very convenient. Kettle wasn’t working so we couldn’t make tea. Towels were not changed during our stay & not enough toilet tissues so we had to go & buy.

Room was nice and good size as was bathroom. There’s a communal area outside the rooms with a sink and microwave. There’s a/c is colder there. The room a/c was good but doesn’t go below 23. During a heatwave colder would have been better. Although it was comfortable enough. There’s a code for front door of building and a code for apartment front door and you use this code for room. You can get keys as well if you prefer. Going down is a bit tedious as u have to take a key from inside and unlock door to lift then put key back and close apartment door, then take lift down. Location is very good. We caught buses from door or walked. Went to Opera at Arena and walked back at midnight. Less than ten min I’d say. Staff were very nice and helpful. Overall a good stay.

We had the best stay..Our apartment was spotlessly clean, bed comfy, shower brilliant and it was very quiet. Although all communication was done via whats app, it was very informative and instructions extremely easy to follow. We walked everywhere as attractions were not far. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Excellent

Isabella is a great host, quick to respond and very helpful. Property located around a 5mins walk from Piazza Bra / Arena so you’re not far from the main area but not too near - perfect. Definitely stay here again.

Room was very clean. Very modern inside. The AC took a little while to cool the room but it was fine. Really loved our stay. Within walking distance of everything. You don’t need to uber or taxi anywhere. We walked to the arena, the square, and Juliet’s house.

Vi var utrolig fornøyd med oppholdet vårt på ApartmentsArena - Capuleti Collection Rooms. Beliggenheten var utrolig god - vi gikk til arenaen på ca fem minutter. Rommet vårt var moderne og rent, med en koselig balkong. De rengjør rommet hver dag dersom man ønsker dette. Det var også et hyggelig fellesområde for leilighetene. Fellesområdet har flere bord, balkong, vinglass og mikrobølgeovn. Dersom man reiser som en gruppe og leier flere av leilighetene vil dette fellesområdet være midt i blinken for et felles møtested. Kommunikasjonen med utleier har vært hyggelig og imøtekommende hele veien. Vi var så heldige at vi fikk sjekke inn tidlig, og vi fikk en hyggelig gave i anledning vårt jubileum. Vi kommuniserte både over telefon og via chat-tjenesten på Hotels. De er serviceminded og positive. Jeg vil gledelig anbefale ApartmentsArena - Capuleti Collection Rooms videre.

Antar leilighet ikke var mere en to år gammel selv om bygningen var aldrende. Alt var strøkent og det ble grundig rengjort hver dag. Gammel men velfungerende heis( som kun kunne benyttes oppover) til 3 etasje.

Super locatie! Alles is erg dichtbij in het centrum en de accommodatie had het beste van beide, toch erg dichtbij maar toch een beetje rust. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en sprak ook erg goed Engels. Elke dag werd de kamer tip top in orde gemaakt en zag het er zo goed als nieuw uit. Ik zou het zeker aanraden en ik zou er zo zelf nog een keer heen gaan.

Ein sehr schöner Balkon. Alles ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Sogar eine Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle sind vor Ort. Einchecken total Problemlos übers Handy möglich. Der Service war zum Teil etwas verschlossen und nicht wirklich willkommen heißend.

Ho soggiornato per tre notti presso questa struttura con la mia famiglia 4 persone e sono veramente soddisfatto della scelta. Ottima la posizione dell'appartamento (molto vicino al centro) la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto (parcheggio campo marzo) e la gestione della camera. Si può raggiungere il centro a piedi in pochi minuti. Veramente una ottima gestione.
