Not what you expect - stay elsewhere.

This experience ruined our trip to Verona. We provided our check in time to be around 4, but were delayed. The owner didn't even approve of our "virtual keys" until 630, leaving us standing in what we (two young girls) thought was an extremely unsafe area. We actually debated going home instead but the trains weren't running to our home region anymore. The owner was not responsible despite being Online on WhatsApp, not helping us get into the apartment despite the company he uses to allow access telling us the owner would be available. 0/10 customer service. The neighbors stopped to try and help us contact him. Shout out. The room was okay, despite the bed frame looking and feeling like it would fall down. The walls were extremely thin, we could hear the alarms of the other guests going off early in the morning, as well as their detailed conversations. We also were not under the impression that there would be other guests. It was also extremely cold in the unit, with no AC or temp control available. This is a shame, but we won't be going back to Verona. Stay somewhere else.

All ultimo non sono andato ed ho preso un altro hotel nelle vicinanze perche' il loro sistema di check in che dovuto fare decine di volte non funzionava e quando ero li non riuscivo ad entrare, la persona si e' fatta sentire che ero gia entrato nell'altro albergo..mai piu'
