Modern hotel with great air conditioning. Good location within easy walking distance of the historic centre. Breakfast was excellent. Some outside space would be a welcome addition. Bed very comfortable but rooms are fairly small. Overall, an excellent stay.

Only stayed one night but the location was good for getting into town. Friendly, helpful staff. We had fun using the free rental bikes to explore the town quicker than by foot. Ostoria Miola round the corner was recommended by the staff on reception and we had a lovely meal there. Only negatives were a slightly hard mattress and the breakfast was nothing special (but perfectly fine). Would stay there again.

Air conditioning was a blessing in the heat wave. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is conveniently situated 10 minute walk from the station and 10 minute walk in the other direction to the Arena and surrounding attractions.

Great 6 night trip we just had. The hotel staff are all amazing, they were kind enough to give us an early check in, a room upgrade and arranged vegetables for our breakfast. The service is very personable and we honestly felt so at ease and happy. The hotel itself is in a great location, 10 to 15 min walk to the centre. 10 min walk to the train station. Its a great looking hotel and very well maintained! Gave 5* vibes. Special mention to Georgia and Chiara but honestly all staff were great! Will definitely book this hotel if we return to Verona.

Hotel Giberti & Spa is in a great location, around a 10-minute walk from both Verona station and the city centre, making it ideal for exploring Verona and taking day trips. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and the room was comfortable with excellent air conditioning and a good shower. We also found the laundry service efficient and reasonably priced. However, it didn’t quite feel like a four-star hotel. Amenities were fairly basic, with no slippers, robes or iron provided, and the breakfast was average. Noise was also an issue, as we could hear other guests and doors slamming throughout our stay. Overall, it’s a solid hotel in a convenient location, but closer to a good three-star experience than a four-star one.
