If you don't need a bar or restaurant (we don't), this is a perfect place. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed (we needed the air-conditioning, which worked a treat), and very clean. The staff on reception are superb: extremely helpful, friendly, with very good English. And wonderful views from the roof terrace!

Great location, nice room and clean. Although there was a check in time slot, and we adjusted our schedules to arrive during that time, there was no one there. We received the instructions via WhatsApp on how to get in, and they were ok to follow. However, we missed the expected human touch at the arrival.

I would give it a 4.6, but It was hard to find the reception desk because it was on the first floor which in Europe is actually the second floor and it’s a hotel in the sense that it rents rooms, but the building is mixed use, so it’s more like a pensione. It was otherwise great. Clean, updated rooms with cool artwork and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Great location, and amazing view (our room faced the river). Quick and courteous response to questions from "remote" service staff. Room and bath are quite large, however needing a little renovation. Dropping luggage, picking up key, the garage opener, and reaching the particulars of the parking garage instructions can be challenging when staff is not available (our case). Many restaurants nearby, which is useful since the unit does not offer breakfast. Overall, a great value
