"Hotel and staff were impeccable. Perfect location to stay if you are in Verona to see the Opera in the Arena. I enjoyed the pre-Opera buffet in the American Bar- it was a light meal of appetizers including cheeses, fruit kabobs, sandwiches, crudités and small desserts including a choice of drink. Having the choice to relax with this dinner as a solo traveler saved me from trudging around town or worrying with a reservation that would allow me to make it to the opera with plenty of time to spare before the show began. My room was spotless and comfortable with very good air conditioning and a beautiful, well appointed bathroom."

"Very nice room which had a balcony (definitely not necessary as you can’t sit on it)). Good size with plenty of hanging space and cupboards. Truly excellent wifi - very fast. Good breakfast included and very friendly staff, fluent English."
