Lo mejor las recepcionistas que son muy simpáticas y el gatito que duerme en la recepción. En la calle hay muchos negocios (mini markets, cafeterías...) y paran varías lineas de autobús en la misma calle, que conectan con la estación de trenes Porta Nuova (donde para el bus 199 que conecta la ciudad con el aeropuerto). En cambio, la zona parece bastante sucia y descuidada con personajes bastante desconcertantes.

Hostel was were clean and quiet. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfy. The shower in my room was broken but the staff fixed it right away. Staff was super friendly.

I loved staying in The Hostello. It is hands down the best hostel I have ever stayed in. The staff were all lovely. I stayed in the female dorm and I was able to meet several wonderful people on my three day stay. The dorm was spacious and well equipped with a plug socket and locker for every bed. There was also a desk, a comfortable bench, two small balconies and an ensuite. The location was really convenient to explore Verona and the staff were really wonderful. Breakfast is a choice of cereals, toast and toppings, cake, biscuits, fruit and fruit juice and there was also coffee available along with a kettle to make tea. The kitchen was really well laid out and crockery and cutlery were on open shelves so you didn’t need to look around in cupboards to find what you needed. There was also a pretty garden with seating but as it was February I didn’t take advantage. One of my favourite things about The Hostello was their cat Mercutio who was adorable and very relaxed and friendly. He chose to spend many of the afternoons sleeping on a chair in the common area. They provide all linen, and it is spotlessly clean. I cannot recommend this Hostel highly enough. They made my mini break in Verona an absolute pleasure.

Great Stay, Great Location

Great place! The bed was comfortable, everything was clean, towels were provided, and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. The morning breakfast buffet was simple but good, and the location was less than a minute from a bus stop. There's also a beautiful garden and sitting area in the back. I stayed in an 8-person mixed room and had a great experience. One thing that is not mentioned is that there is a cat that stays in the lobby. I am allergic and wasn't expecting this - thankfully, the cat doesn't go anywhere near the rooms so it wasn't a big deal. Just a heads up in case your allergies are more severe.

Amazing hostel with an incredible vibe!

Honestly the best hostel I've ever stayed in!! The place is a dream. The vibe there is so chilled and relaxed and the staff are so friendly and down to earth! Nothing is too much trouble. I met true friends here for life, and had such a good time! You will not be disappointed with this amazing place
