This is an auto-check-in shared appartement including kitchen and salon and balcony that is quite well maintained. There are three rooms with one shared bathroom + one suite with bathroom. I have not seen staff on site other than cleaning in the day. Near train station. First experience like this, and I’m happy with it, plus price was quite cheap 👍.

Very comfortable place to stay in Verona. Walkable distance to all famous places. Very clean. Quest. Safe. Make sure you have smartphone with internet in order to check in and open all doors. If you don’t have it it’s impossible to get inside the apartment. Otherwise everything was excellent.

Not sure if this should more accurately be described ass a hostel. Shared bathroom with a cracked shower tray and a very slow drain meant water everywhere. Only 2 plugs to take uk adaptor were in kitchen and shower! Kitchen was available to use, but no cleaning materials and virtually all crockery and cutlery sitting dirty in dishwasher Bit difficult to get in, have to go to email. Find the link, wait for it to load then tap to open gate or door. So make sure you have a package on your phone. Nice and easy from station, not too far to walk to centre of town

It’s located near the railways station and 10/15 minutes walk from piazza Bra (arena), the only fly in the ointment is that this flat is located near a busy road so it is a bit noisy.

We were disappointed with our stay at Verona Maison. We were having connectivity issues through our stay in Italy. We were unable to respond to the owner regarding our arrival time until the morning of our arrival day and then only by phone. The owner was upset with us because he had to come to the property to let us in. We ascended to the 4th floor to enter the apartment. The elevator was extremely small. The owner let us in and showed us to our room. The room was clean but small and very dimly lit. There was only one electrical outlet in the room. The bathroom light above the mirror didn’t work so getting ready the next morning was difficult. Their website is very misleading. There was no breakfast and no service. I would never stay there again. One out of five stars.

The owner of this property is a dishonest person. He advertise it as a bed and breakfast, but upon arrival we find out that it's a hostel with four rooms sharing one bathroom and a shower. The pictures that is provided by the owner of this property on Expedia is fake, in reality it is very sad looking place. When I asked the owner why he is misrepresent this property on Expedia he said that if wed don't like it it's our problem. We had no choice but to leave this nightmare. Very rude and arrogant person. Avoid at all the cost!

It’s very scary because the lights sometimes worked. I thought it was going to be a shared restroom with another room well the restroom was out in the open and anyone could use it so it’s not just another room but the whole house. The decorations are outdated and there was dust in the lamps and other places you can tell they barely clean just so it looks like “new” but don’t actually deep clean. My room smelled like smoke even tho it’s strictly prohibited (I have asthma so this was an issue with me) not sure if someone in the house was doing it or neighbors.

La mia breve visita a Verona con la mia ragazza è stata piacevole, anche grazie al fatto che ho scelto come alloggio Verona Maison. L'alloggio é vicinissimo alla stazione e lo rende una scelta molto strategica per brevi soggiorni turistici. Il personale è stato gentile e molto disponibile, non solo perché è riuscito a darci la possibilità di fare un check-in anticipato, ma addirittura di poter lasciare le borse nell'alloggio dopo il check-out in modo da permettermi di visitare Verona durante il pomeriggio. La stanza in cui ho soggiornato è quella con il bagno in camera, le pareti sono spesse e riescono ad isolare bene dai rumori esterni, il bagno è eccellente e ben pulito, la camera da letto ha un comodo letto matrimoniale. L'ambiente presenta segni d'uso ma non ne compromettono la fruibilità o l'accoglienza. Se tornerò a Verona sicuramente so dove rivolgermi.

Desagreable interaction avec le propriétaire. Odeurs terribles dans la maison (vomi dans ma chambre, fume dans la hall). 1 salle de bains pour 4 chambres (de 1 jusqu'à 3 personnes) (pour 7 personnes !!!). Parking pas available Avec Online check in link jai recu des spams

Camera bella, tranquilla e pulita. Vicino alla stazione e al centro, raggiungibili a piedi. Unico svantaggio: il bagno in comune, che rende il prezzo della camera caro.

Andre who met us at check in was excellent - gave us a good background to the city and explained things well. The shared bathroom had leaking taps and was a problem when the two rooms sharing both got up at same time. Restrictions on the use of the kitchen and the lack of a breakfast were disappointing.

El lugar esta bien cuidado, el que me recibió es un poco serio pero buena onda, lan habitacion está bien, pero la cama rechina mucho y el colchón necesita cambio, por lo demás está bien.
