"This home was perfect for our large group of 11 - 7 adults and 4 young children. The home was easy to get to in a quiet area and we enjoyed the walking trail behind the house. The house had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the space for everyone. The communication with the host was reliable. We would definitely stay again."

"My son and I started at this property for a week while visiting friends in Kingston. Communication with the hosts was easy and they responded quickly. House is in a great family neighborhood about 15 minutes outside the city center. We only rented one car and my son was using it a lot of the time. Didn't present any problem though as there are lots of restaurants and shopping choices within an easy walk. "We were in Kingston to visit family and this property was great. There were 7 of us and the 4 bedrooms worked for us. The kitchen is well stocked. The yard is large but unfortunately it was raining so we could not take advantage of it. Michael is quick to respond to any questions that we had. The bottle of wine was a nice touch!"

"An absolutely incredible stay we had! We were a family of 7: 4 adults and 3 kids and we had plenty of space for all of us! The property is very clean: 4 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, big dining and living room, spacious kitchen with everything you need to cook and eat. Comfortable beds, free parking. Bathroom well equipped with all the necessities. The communication with the host was easy and fast. More than happy with our experience, strongly recommended."

"From the moment you walk in the door the cottage is amazing, clean, has everything one could want to enjoy a weekend getaway. The landscaping and grounds are spectacular. The sound of the loons in the early morning and drinking your coffee by the fire pit or down by the platform is amazing. The Wi-Fi is phenomenal if you need to work and play! We will be back again! "to start with being able to get to the property was not easy as I ended up in North Frontenac and then after a two atttempts to getting to the property and calling the property manager for directions found the location on my own- the water access was not as described - there was no safe way to get into the water. The refrigereator had no handle. We stayed a total of three hours and came home. I have made more than a few stays with vrbo both here and internationally and this was the worse"
