"I had a very enjoyable stay at this Marriott hotel in Kingston. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and made check-in a pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a warm, inviting atmosphere. I especially appreciated the spacious lobby and lounge area. It was a great place to relax, with plenty of comfortable seating, a large TV, the Bistro, and an on-site Starbucks, which made the hotel feel even more welcoming. The only suggestion I would make is for the front desk staff to be a little more familiar with what the Bistro offers so they can better answer guests' questions. I would also love to see a few more gluten-free options available, even if they're individually packaged items that guests can purchase. For those of us with celiac disease, cross-contamination is a serious concern, so having safe grab-and-go choices would make a big difference. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. The friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere made for an excellent visit."

"They stayed at this hotel because it was pet friendly. We were welcome to buy lovely staff and the property is charming. Homemade made cookies for awkward when we arrived and they were delicious. Thank you to the baker. Our room smelled a little musty. All the windows were open when we got there. That was our only complete."
