Sleeping arrangements include 5 twin beds, 4 double beds, 1 sofa bed, 2 bunk beds, 6 single beds, and 3 baby cots available on request. The large dining room is perfect for shared meals, and the fully equipped kitchen meets all your needs. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, a fan, TV, washing machine, 2 high chairs, as well as toys and books for children.



Enjoy the shared garden on a beautiful 1.1-hectare wooded property. You have access to an outdoor pool, a private hot tub, and an outdoor shower. For your leisure, there is a playground, ping-pong table, foosball, air hockey table, and bicycles.



You can park your vehicles inside the secure, enclosed property. Up to 3 pets are allowed upon request and owner approval. Outdoor parties are not permitted. Please note that video recording equipment is used in non-private outdoor areas for security reasons.



The hosts live on site but not in the reserved accommodation. The property is nestled in nature, between vineyards and the Gardon River. The Mediterranean and the Cévennes are 1 hour away, Avignon is 30 minutes, Uzès is 10 minutes. You can reach the Pont du Gard on foot via the GR 6 or along the river. Three tennis courts are available nearby.
