I understand that the configuration of this old building does not accommodate an elevator to all the second floor rooms; however, that she be made clear in Orbitz' dscription of the hotel."

"Reception refused me to check-in although I have pre-paid incl breakfast. Rude, helpless guy at reception, first let me wait 10 mins as he was CHATTING to another guest without any eye contact or saying anything to me. Then he wanted a EUR 300 security deposit to my card, it did not work after searching 2 mins for the card machine. I gave him 300 in cash, he said "not acceptable". Then he tried another 5 mins to refund it via the non working card. My card worked before and after every time. I had to look for another hotel. My prepayment was not refunded as promised. I contacted Expedia, there is still no refund."
