"A warm welcome and wonderful staff . Bedroom was a good size, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection and there was water to refill your bottle if you wanted. Great location , close to the palace, lol ads if restaurants ad train stations. A small glitch with the shower but it was put directly on the list to fix. "

"The room that we received was not like the one in the picture. I’m not sure how we would have been able to pick the room that has the wooden beams on the ceiling, but the one that we got was a very standard looking room. It was comfortable and we only had a two nights stay, so it wasn’t really a big deal. The shower was wonderful."

The rooms are well appointed despite a slightly strange bathroom layout, and very quiet and comfortable. The front desk staff is phenomenal. Some issues with service in the restaurants but otherwise a great stay."
