If you want peace and lots of beautiful towns and beaches. This Gite is ideal for any family. We will be back. "

"Lovely spacious house for a family stay. The covered pool was perfect given we had some cooler and wet days and the sauna was a bonus for the adults. Easy walking distance to the town for bakeries, bars, restaurants and shops, but the house itself is secluded enough to think you are in the country. Wardrobe space was limited in some of the bedrooms, but not a problem for us. "

"From start to finish the owner was amazing. Great communication and when we arrived check in was seamless. The house and grounds are nothing but amazing. The whole stay was relaxing and peaceful.Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds and lounge.Breakfast and outdoor dining on the large patio was perfect with a BBQ area already setup. "We spent 2 nights here in mid August and had an fantastic stay. My 10yr old Son is a WW2 enthusiast and in his own words "an amazing hotel with some really interesting relics, the room was fantastic and looked like a 1940s bedroom, would definitely stay again". Such a nice place to unwind after a day of sight seeing and the owners put up a great breakfast so youre ready for the next day! Cant wait to return!"

"A surprise gem, slightly older hotel so unsure when we arrived but the staff are wonderful and the location is great, walkable (20mins down the hill and back up) to the town. A really pleasant stay."

"We traveled as a family group 6 adults and 2 children we were welcomed by David, great location so near the beach local seafood was excellent, we had a problem with a leak on the spa, contacted the host who came and repaired it, excellent service."

"A warm welcome awaited us upon arrival. The property, was as described however we were sorry to find that the sea view was now being built upon. Luckily the building work wasn’t too noisy and didn’t affect our enjoyment. Lovely comfortable beds. Lots of equipment within the property. Having the shade of the wooden structure in the back garden was welcome when very sunny and warm. The area in and around Agon-Coutainville is beautiful and people very friendly. Ideally for visiting the D Day beaches, memorials and museums and also Bayeux. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Lovely hosts."
