Wonderful smelling lobby. Room, not so much. Faint smell of cigarettes and didnt feel the room was thoroughly cleaned (under couch we found socks that didn’t belong to us) and shower could have used another scrubbing. Overall, it’s location was convenient and not a bad stay.

I have been here a total of three times and it’s always a great experience. The little Restraunt has great food and very convenient for when you work all day and don’t want to leave to get something to eat.

Good location & service

We had quite a sizable room but the sofa bed was terrible as you can feel the springs when sleeping on it and ended up not having a good sleep. Also pillows are too soft. However, the front desk staff, Chris is extremely friendly and helpful.

Not a cheap stay but cheap quality

Hotel staff neglected to inform us that the pool was under maintenance and would be closed for our entire stay. This was an extremely hot and humid couple of days of summer and I was looking forward to cooling off in the pool. I had to request coffee cups and towels twice because they were delivered to the wrong room. Elevator was extremely slow. We walked 3 flights.

WiFi setup and service was not good. It took some head-banging to get wi-fi set up on our devices, and the service/speed level is average at best. We expected better from a Marriott Courtyard. The room, staff, and other features were above average, however.
