"The accommodation is not new, but clean and has everything needed. Communication with Karsten even on problems it’s fast, easy and strait forward. The view onto the belt and its ships is superb. You can regularly see the big ferries and 400m Gigants."

"Als wir angekommen sind, war die Ferienwohnung sehr dreckig. Der Boden war voller Staub und Hundehaare, das Bad war verkalkt, die Küche und vor allem der Herd war schmutzig und vor dem Ofen lag noch Dreck. Wir haben uns bei der Agentur beschwert und innerhalb von 24h kam zwar jemand vorbei, jedoch haben sie nur oberflächlich geputzt. Leider haben wir erst nach der Buchung gesehen, dass die Wohnung eigentlich auf eine andere Seite inseriert ist und die hatte sehr schlechte Bewertung (2.9 Sterne...

"Grundsätzlich ist das Objekt in gutem und sauberen Zustand. Lediglich Bad und Küche bedürfen so langsam einer Überholung. Ansonsten ist das ein idealer Platz zum Relaxen. Im nächsten Ort gibt es einen Supermarkt und einen sehr empfehlenswerten Bäcker. Zum Strand läuft man ca. 5 Minuten. Dank Ofen und Wärmepumpenheizung bekommt man die Wohnung auch an kühleren Tagen schnell warm. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gefallen."

"Basically this listing on hotels.com has a lot of information that is not listed on their listed but is only provided to you after you've booked. On the listing, prior to my booking, the check in time is from 0900hrs but after booking, the property sent me an email stating check in is at 1600hrs. That's a discrepancy of 7 hours! Contacted the property via hotels.com chat and they just conveniently said please refer to their website. Why didn't they just put the right information at the listing...
